How to plan a project - Teaser

Planning a teaser is similar to another project that we have to do. We have to think about a set of steps that are fundamental:

(i) define what we want to do, what our intention is, outline objectives and strategies;

(ii) build a chronogram, establishing the timings to be able to complete the project;

(iii) Choose the necessary resources to be able to carry out the project;

(IV) make a list of everything I need to do, for example, install programs, learn to use them through tutorials and other necessary actions;

(v) Monitor the project, realizing how we are going to solve obstacles, poor time management, and other situations that may arise.

There is a lot of documentation on how to plan a project and I considered these steps to be important. I read these documents, referenced at the end of this post, and thought about how I would structure my project better.

Bearing in mind that my teaser is from a cartoon, I looked for ideas to be able to understand the best way to sequence it, and then be able to transfer it to the computer. I went to see some ideas to better profit the time in the construction of my storyboard. I share with you some sites that help in this stage of building the storyboard:
