Developing Ideas

 Today in class I had to develop some ideas for my final project. We had 3 methods to do and I choose method 2, The Mountain & Valley:

Most of these Ideas are simple so I can have a quick think about what  I will do. The ideas that are on top of the mountain are the best ideas, the ones that are on the bottom are ideas that I will probably never use.

With this, I got a total of 6 ideas that I want to use in my animation:

1- Animation 2D (on of the only types of animation I'm comfortable with);
2- Expressionism (I will try to express the max of feelings I can through my project);
3- Use my original style (easy style to do and I can do it fast);
4- Sound effects (walking sounds, opening doors, outside noises, etc.)
5- 15 fps (not a lot, and not less, just a good amount of frames per second)
6- Character poses (I will be doing a lot of poses for my characters as a train for my animation and also for my 6 art projects that I need to do)

  1. This goes back to my comment on your previous post - you need to think about the visual style of your animation - this will link to expressionism in some way. Think about the style you want to create and how you can adapt it to the expressionist work you have looked at.
