Seminar Session
This post will be telling about the storyline of the animation that I'm doing for this project. I decided that my animation will be about a pandemic life. I will have the main character watching his world slowly transform into something he wasn't prepared for. The story will be sad, and the main idea is to warn people that aren't careful enough with the virus.
The story will happen in the present, between 2020/2021. The characters that I will use are the main character's family: Dad, mom, grandmother, grandfather, etc. The characters will all vary with different designs and aspects (ex. clothing).
This animation will be target teenagers and adults because they are the ones that can teach and think about how can a pandemic affect their lives. The main story is still being developed and I will be avoiding telling all of it, this being that my main focus is to tell the story with no words, no voice acting, the only thing they will know is the main topic of the animation.
I have some steps to do regarding the development of the main project for example:
1. Storyboard
2. Short animations of the main parts of the animation
3. Do research about expressionism artists that have a similar art style to mine
4. Put everything together and put all finishing touches
For the project, I need to have 6 parts of the project, those will be art posters about this animation. These posters will be similar to the ones when a movie is out, some have different sizes, different art, and probably for different products.
With this in mind, I'm fully ready to start my project.

The seminar also discussed your use of sound - have you thought further about this?
